We produce and maintain all the moulds, it’s a key process to follow to be able to our workflow and keep a very high Service Rate. Tool making is a really complex job involving a lot of skills and mastering a lot of machines (e.g. drills, lathes, grinders, milling machines). It requires less than 10 years of experience to be autonomous in this position. Our moulds are very modular, every tool is divided in several parts, enabling the teams to work only on a dedicated area if customer is asking for a tailored solution : cost effective and time efficient.
